My own personal health battle led me to therapy. The medical profession, although diligent, were unable to help me. A combination of bereavements, work related stress and chronic pain culminated in a four-year bout of chronic insomnia, which left me debilitated and exhausted. I began to improve when I sought holistic solutions. Acceptance is the key, saying ‘Yes, I have this problem’ opens the door to self-compassion, forgiveness and gratitude. Release the negativity ‘Let Go Be Happy’.
